1. Under what category of music would you fall? Out of print (to which society is thankful)

2. Would you be a fast song or a slow song? It would be slow, but thankfully it would be over fast

3. Could you be danced to? I could be danced on

4. Would you be upbeat or melancholy? I don’t care much for the taste of melons and I’m against beating up anything so I guess it would be devoid of any tempo. Figures.

5. Would you be heard best live or recorded? I like to pick my nose when I sing so I guess it’s best we go with recorded…

6. Would your strong suit be your lyrics or your melody? I don’t wear suits (unless you count my birthday suit) but other than that, since I like to do parodies, it would have to be lyrics.

7. Would your sound be atonal or harmonious? Both…it would be hormonal

8. Is there any doo-wop in you? I don’t think I have an Italian in me.

9. Would you need backup singers? No, I’m pretty proficient at backing up the car by myself.

10. How long would you be? Wouldn’t YOU like to know ;)

11. Would the guitar, piano, drums, or horns best accentuate you? They would all seem like a burden to wear around during the day; I’d probably just wear a watch. But if I had to accentuate my style with something, I guess guitar.

12. Would you make your listeners laugh, cry, or kiss their dance partners. I can’t seem to make anybody do anything. I have no idea.

5. Would you be heard best live or recorded? Memorex

6. Would your strong suit be your lyrics or your melody? My cover

7. Would your sound be atonal or harmonious? Um....yes?

8. Is there any doo-wop in you? No, I just went to the bathroom.

9. Would you need backup singers? Only if you want any sort of quality to the tune

10. How long would you be? Is it cold?

11. Would the guitar, piano, drums, or horns best accentuate you? Bagpipe

12. Would you make your listeners laugh, cry, or kiss their dance partners? Die I thinik. I would replace lethal injections.

I failed on the meme, but I feel good about these:

sympaty- What a vegetarian feels for a burger

pathtic- a loser's trail

enterpenuer- Gene Rodenberry, person who started Star Trek

pathtic:
A clock that knows the way.

Not "an person," obviously.

"An person" is more twisted than the words you suggested. :)

All righty, then, VE. I think I'll put you down for Bluegrass.:D

Um, Kan, you weren't supposed to make me laugh. Since you did, I guess I'll put you down as a feel-good pop song. LOVE your sympaty definition. LOL.:D

SS, you are very gifted at Twisted Linguistics. I ADORE those!:)

1. Under what category of music would you fall? - I'd fall under any music, if I attempted to dance.
2. Would you be a fast song or a slow song? - a sad song.
3. Could you be danced to? - How could someone dance to an out of time rhythm?
4. Would you be upbeat or melancholy? - yeah, both.
5. Would you be heard best live or recorded? - with recording sound can be engineered, so barring the burning of equipment, recorded. That will cause the burning of lots of other pieces, places, things and people.
6. Would your strong suit be your lyrics or your melody? - Strong suit? Mine? We are talking about music and myself, so let's not get silly.
7. Would your sound be atonal or harmonious? - I think it would be classified "disharmonious."
8. Is there any doo-wop in you? - I used the bathroom today, so I don't think so.
9. Would you need backup singers? - Any one around me would backup, way back.
10. How long would you be? - before what happened? They could only kill me once, so it would be less than 10 minutes, I'm sure.
11. Would the guitar, piano, drums, or horns best accentuate you? - I think the drums, because of the beating. Yeah, they'd beat me with the drums.
12. Would you make your listeners laugh, cry, or kiss their dance partners? - Lots of that would happen after they got through beating me to death with drums and burning my body.

sympaty - Artificial Irish, seen mostly on St Patrick's Day.
pathtic - Involuntary facial movement when moving between two points.
enterpenuer - uh, that's nasty.
self distructing - The truckers friend, now updated in the form of the astronaut's suit.

If I wuz a sawng:

1. Under what catastrophe would I fall? Audio.

2. Would I be fast or slow?
I might be ungawdly infinite to the discriminating ear

3. Could I be danced to?
I suppose, if it resembled walking barefoot across hot coals on broken glass in August..

4. Would I be beat up and melacholy about it?
Probably

5. Best heard live or recorded?
Probably neither...

6. Would strong suit be lyrics or melody?
probably lyrics, since I can't personally carry a tune with a bucket to carry it in

7. Would I sound atonal or horrendous?
Yes..

8. Is there any doo wop in me?
Not since I upped my fiber intake...

9. Would I need back up singers?
Override singers more likely..

10. How long would I be?
Same as always...6' 2" up, 38" around, reasonable length elsewhere

11. Would guitar, piano, drums, horns, or something even louder accenuate me?
Anything loud enough would...

12. Would I make listeners laugh, cry, kiss their partners or utterly stupify the lot?
Cry once I started, laugh hours after the ordeal was over, and kiss my recording contract goodbye ;)

In short, if I were a song, I'd be Dead Skunk In The Middle of the Road.

SF, I want to hear your song, too. It sounds killer. And may I say, you guys are also killing me on #10.:-)

Short and sweet, /t. And I'm sure it'll be a rousing good song and quite danceable.:)

Thank you for doing that for me, Galen. As though you had any choice.:) There's doo-wop in your song? Yes!! Play it! I wanna hear the whole thing now.:D

Mike, your song's a winner, too. It's got doo-wop, atonality, backup singers, lots of sax, and you can dance to it. Crank it up!:)
