Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...

Idjit Widget
My 'Recent Comments' widget in the sidebar is suddenly FUBAR and I can't figure out what's wrong with it. I reinstalled it and it's still bringing up comments from October. It doesn't look like anybody else who uses this widget is experiencing the same problem. If anyone knows what's wrong with it and how to fix it, I'd appreciate any advice. If I can't get it straightened out I'm just going to trash it. As it is, it just looks stupid.
Update: I take that back. There are a couple of comments at 'Beautiful Beta' from other people experiencing the weirdness. Hopefully, there will be an answer (and a fix) tomorrow.
Update #2: 'Beautiful Beta' is reporting today (Feb. 17) that the problem with the Recent Comments widget lies with Blogger. Ergo, those of us affected by it have to wait for Blogger to fix the problem.

I'm totally useless when it comes to things like that...so I can't give you any advice whatsoever, Serena! lol
Except perhaps...don't pull your hair out! ;)
Me hasn't had any problems with me widget. Me gave it a dose of Viagra and it's been up and workin fine.
Now I'm sorry I deleted all those spams. Can you put me in touch with your supplier?:)
Ze e-evile widget and it's minion the calendar. On my MAC using Safari browser your calendar is truncated. Sorry to report. That's my new phrase - "sorry to report."
Yowzer! Damn minions. What does the truncated calendar look like?
Oh shoot. My bad. It's chopped the calendar when I had the font enlarged for my vision. Sorry. Calendar is fine on normal size.
Thanks for the clarification, CD. It's always good to find out a problem isn't really a problem.
