Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...

Rudolph Reigns
My musical "Rudolph," wound up and playing 'Jingle Bells.' Dear, darling Blogger won't load any more pix. Bah, humbug.
Well, of course it's tacky. That's why I like him so much. LOL. I personally don't see any reason why we shouldn't have musical reindeer and lights strung all over everything year-round. Some people find that odd, though.:)
I wouldn't mind a City of Lights. (Maybe we were Vegas showgirls in former lives.) Some people do leave their outside lights up all year -- but not lit. That truly is the epitome of tackiness. I say if you have lights, light them up. My favorite restaurants have tiny little lights in the greenery year round. I love it.

I always say the same thing. I want lights up year round. Screw it if it looks like Vegas! The reindeer I don't know, but the lights for sure.
