Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...
Wow...Serena...you live in the Blue Ridge Mountains??? All this time I didn't know, or if I knew, I forgot. I have a bad case of CMS (can't remember sh**)...lol. Isn't that the neatest thing, though. Loved your comment on my blog...we're flower power sisters! ;o)
I can't remember sh** any more, either, Dorothy. I tell everybody to just deal with it. LOL. Yep, I'm in the Blue Ridge Mtns. I have cousins over where you are (Onley and Onancock). Flower power, you bet. Shoot, I still have my love beads. Right on, sister!

Very nice!
Thanks, Rex. I love the ocean, but I also don't like being away from these mountains for long. Are there mountains in your area of Washington?

The Blue Ridge Mountains! They're famous. And they're blue. Laurel and Hardy. Did they sing about them?
Laurel & Hardy? Did they? I just don't know.
