Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...
The possums don't worry me...I quite like hearing them up there...they jump down from the highest tree branches - and they sound like elephants landing more than possums! ;)

With a ghost of a chance...I will have a Happy Halloween!
If you hear noises in the night...don't go a-checking!!! ;)
When I hear noises in the night, it's usually my creepy neighbor.:)
Happy Halloween, Lee!
Mine are usually possums landing on my roof and then conducting races from one end to the other and back again! lol
Fortunately, I don't have any creepy neighbours...and all my neighbours are at quite a distance away.
Have any candy left Sherry?
Oh, Lord, Lee, I don't know which is worse, creepy neighbors or mischievous possums. LOL.:)
Lots, Mr. G-man. And now it's all mine.:-)
Creepy neighbours, I would say, Serena.

I don't really mind possums as long as they stay in their space and not mine. The babies are cute, but the big ones have big, scary teeth.:)
