The Friday Thingonmyblog

TGIF! Not saying I'm getting a tattoo but, if I did, apparently this is what is recommended for me. What kind of tattoo will you be getting?

You Should Get An Asian Inspired Tattoo

Mysterious and expressive

You like to show off, but you also like to keep some allure

RIP, Donna Summer.

My stitch scars look pretty Asian... ;-)

Mine will say "Winona Forever".

Then I'll get you to change your name to Winona.

I've had stitches before, Skunk, and you're right -- they do form kind of an Asian pattern, don't they?:)

Hmmm, Pugsley. I think I'd make a darn fine Winona. I wonder what the Asian characters would look like?;)

They would appear as one stick figure shoplifting, with another walkie-talkie-holding stick figure observing.

I don't see you as the type for an Asian tattoo at all. Something a lot more unique...celtic?

I loved the Donna Summer remembrance, I have one, too, with a different favorite song.

At work on Friday we were reminiscing and one of our recruiters did not know who Donna Summer was. Sigh. 30 year olds.

In that case, Pugsley, I'm going to have to rethink the whole name change and Asian tattoo thing. Jail clothes are too ugly to wear, so Winona's out as a name option, as is Lindsey. Now what?;)

Celtic might be a much better option, Quid. Especially in light of the foregoing. LOL. That's just depressing that we have to work with people too young to know who people like Donna Summer were.:)

Well in that case I'll go with a tattoo of Wilma Flintstone, only with "Serena" instead of "Wilma" in a banner overhead.

To celebrate this next level (of 24-total) of devotion, I'll take you to that rib place in my car which only has a foot brake.

(Normally with more primitive gals I would at this point work in the obvious "bone" joke, however I want to take it slow (eons if necessary); so we'll finish the night watching the "Way-Outs" in concert under the stars.)

Yes, Pugsley, this plan could work! But when you say you'll be taking me out for ribs, are we talking dinosaur ribs? Um, maybe not.;)

I hate tattoos and can't even consider pretending what I'd get.

Works of art should be in frames and hung on walls, is my very humble opinion!

While I'm here...has anyone else had problems trying to edit their posts?

I've been trying to edit my own (I've not posted for a while), but after many attempts, the editing process just doesn't work! Why things have to change when they were working fine, always amazes me! I never had problems editing my posts before....grrrr!

G'day, Serena! :)

Hi, Lee. My Blogger issues are browser-related. I can't post, edit, or comment using Explorer. I have to use Firefox or it just won't work. It is EXTREMELY frustrating!:)
