I bought a nice supply of very nice candy and was ready for some trick-or-treaters to knock on my door Saturday night. It was a great night for it, too -- dry, warm, no jackets needed. And do you know how many treats I handed out? None! Yes, you heard me correctly. Nada. There aren't many kids in my complex, and I guess the neighborhood kids hit the houses up the hill, not the apartments. I brought a lot of my unused candy to work today. If Skank Girl wants to scarf some down and plaster some more blubber on her already substantial butt, more power to her. Better hers than mine!
Don't quote me on this, but I suspect there's more drama in store around the old workplace today. I suspect there may even be allegations of sabotage of some sort. You didn't hear this from me, but Skank Girl's husband went into Real Estate Guy's office Thursday afternoon in Real Estate Guy's absence, closed the door, and stayed in there about half an hour. I don't know why, but whatever it was, you can be sure it was at the direct behest of Boss Lady and her ancient, crazy husband.

P.S. - Baby Lawyer didn't pass the bar exam and will have to try again in July. Therefore, it's on to Plan B and 1/2 for moi.
