Thursday Q & A

ImageChef.com - Custom comment codes for MySpace, Hi5, Friendster and more
Sometimes I put up with stuff that irritates me to death just because I have to, just because ... It. Is. Effing. There. I'm sure you do, too. We all do. That doesn't make it any more palatable. It's there and it will always be there, into perpetuity, forever and ever, amen, but I get SOOOOOO tired of it.

So, anyway, that has nothing to do with the fact that this is Thursday and it's your regular Inquisition day. I trust you'll answer willingly and there will be no need for the rack or the Iron Maiden.

1. How many letters are there in your middle name?
2. How many letters are there in the month in which you were born?
3. How many letters are there in your S.O.'s first name?
4. How many letters are there in the (manufacturer's) name of your car?
5. How many letters are there in the name of the street on which you live?

Now, add up the number of letters you accumulated in questions 1-5. It doesn't mean anything, except perhaps to a numerologist, and there's no interpretation that I'm aware of, but how many letters did you get?

I got 6+3+5+3+8, for a total of 25. How much do you want to bet that 25 is one wicked unlucky number? What do you suppose your number means?

These poor Words Gone Wild caught by TWISTED LINGUISTICS are damned unlucky, too.

be willing to take what he soe - Beats me. He's either making a dress or planting beets and agreeing to be pleased with the results.

commrade - Come ride with us on the raid.

hypocrates - Shipping containers for either deficient hippos or needles.

oppitunity - The chance a bunny takes as he he hops down the trail and either finds tuna or falls into a deep hole.

circumsized - Something that's big enough to wrap around.

juvenial - Denying that one is underage.

cancellarition - Driving so fast that you're bound to get killed.

comsumer - Dedicated online shopper.

5+7+0+2+10 = 24. That might be my IQ when it comes to selecting relationship opportunities ;)

New woid: gumpy -- how I'm walking today, after getting talked into doing what I was stupidly doing at work yesterday...

Hmmm ... maybe that number is more fitting of "Blueshirt" in my post of yesterday - but I digress.

Carrying the numerology thing a step further:

3+7=10
1+0= 1

Hey, I'm number one?

4+3+0+0+14=21 - Hey! Thats my age!

Now SJ - you have to add 2+5 together and you get 7 - a very lucky number if you're shooting craps.

Grand total of 30. Obviously, the significance of 30 is it is the product of 2, 3 & 5, the first three prime numbers. Of course, 30!=2.6525285981219105863630848e+32, but that goes without saying...

A lightbulb just went off in my head, VE (yeah, it DID hurt). Maybe my number is MY IQ, too. I never even thoughta that.:)

Um, SF, relationship opportunities IQ? Does this have anything to do with that Russian mail-order bride thing? So, how does a "gumpy" walk?:)

Excellent interpretation of your number, Mike. Take your #1 status and run with it!:)

Kan, your number looks very neat and orderly. Logical, too. I like logic.:)

See what a perfect number you got, Miss Pink-at-21? And thanks for your interpretation of mine. 7 IS one of my lucky numbers.:)

Oh, my, Charles, what a big number you have! With prime numbers, even! 21 letters in your street name? I wouldn't want to have to write that out very often.:)

17's probably a pretty lucky number, CD. 17 was a VERY good age.:)

Thank you, Galen, for rolling me another lucky 7. 12's probably a pretty good number, too, except that to get a 12 using a 7, you must add a 5. 5's not so good.:)
