Right? Right

I always try to do the right thing. Sometimes I mess up, but I mean to do the right thing, intend to do it. Sometimes things happen that cause things to work out in ways you never intended. Signals get crossed. Monkeywrenches get thrown. Every now and then, you can find yourself intending to do the right thing but ultimately doing the exact opposite. Thankfully, that hasn't happened lately.

I know without even asking that all of you live your lives trying to do the right thing as well.

We read stuff in the papers every day about bad people doing evil things that scare the daylights out of us. Still, I think that people as a whole are basically good and want to do the right thing.

I don't know what put this thought in my head, other than it's the Full Moon. One never knows where one's thoughts will stray when the big moon is out.

***Your Personality Cluster is Extraverted Intuition***

You are:

A true wordsmith - a master of words
Original, spontaneous, and a true inspiration
Highly energetic, up for any challenge
Entertaining and engaging, both to friends and strangers.

There are good people, bad people and ignorant people. It is the ignorant ones I worry about.

Do beware, Snow. And if you need tinfoil, use it!:-)

Ignorance scares me, too, Roxan.

Rashional - Well thought out and calmly accessorized.

LOL, Seeley. Good definition. Anything goes as long as it's properly accessorized.:-)

Case in point: I was in one of those bookstores with a Starbucks inside. As I was perusing the aisles, I noticed an attractive lady enjoying a coffee and reading a book in one of Starbucks' open-backed chairs.

From the back (because that's where they kept the "How to Please the Ladies" books), I could see that her thong underwear were riding up in back, waaay north of her jeans.

I wondered if I should tell her, thereby saving her the embarrassment of getting home later on and discovering she'd been in public with a blatently advertised wedgie.

Aaaoooooooooooooooowwww, Pinks. Whole lotta howlin' going on, girly. I love me a good werewolf or zombie on the night of the big moon -- which could explain why my mojo finally worked.:-)

Puggy, if I may offer my two cents worth, I do believe the right thing to do would have been to tell her -- because let me tell you, women HATE WEDGIES and are mortified when they show in public. She might have slapped you, but what the hell, you'd have done the right thing. And I'd have brought you an icebag.:-)

I'm always right, aren't I? Just ask me! ;)

On a serious note, I do try to do the right thing and always treat others as I would myself like to be treated. It doesn't always quite work out...but one has to try.

The full moon puts lot of thoughts into our heads...stirs things up greatly!

Look, the moon is on fire once again...It is going to be very bright all around for some time now...when it burns out and turns to ashes it will turn dark once again...

Serena said...

I know, Lee. It's when it doesn't work out that you start to ask questions. Add the big moon to the mix and God knows what might happen.:)

That's pretty, Mona. I really enjoy it when you write things in your language and then translate it.

I'm really tired, G, so help me out here -- who the heck is Lawrence Talbot? I know Talbot's, for women's clothing. I'm guessing that's not him and he's not a famous cross dresser, huh?:-)

Hi, Galen.

Turned out to be a pretty good moon, Mike -- but don't stop the song.:)

Ahhh, Grunt. Don't be surprised if one of my flying monkeys pays you a little visit. I'll see what I can do with it, but don't think I'm not measuring houses. :-)

That sounds like a pretty good assessment, Mona.:)

Hi, TC, and thanks for the luck. Nope, I've never seen a monkey with a wrench, my flying ones and GWB notwithstanding.:-)
