Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...

Awwwww was my first thought, too, Liz. :)
When I see people with Great Danes and Mastifs and other huge breeds, I often wonder how much those dogs eat and how big the dog food budget is. You're probably right, though; they probably do eat pretty much whatever and whenever they want.
Buy Bulk!
You'd have to for big dogs, I would think. The bag of Kibbles & Bits that lasts my Little Bitty 2 or 3 weeks wouldn't make a good snack for a big dog.
