You Should Celebrate Love |
You may or may not be deeply in love, but it doesn't really matter on New Year's Eve. If you can't kiss the one you love, kiss the one you're with! You can't help but get swept away by the romance of this special night. Of course, drinking lot of champagne doesn't hurt make everyone else seem a little more appealing. |
Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...

I lift my cup of Starbucks Espresso Roast to you, Princess SJ! May 2011 be your BEST year EVER! I always enjoy visiting your blog and playing the blogthings. You're a true Southern Belle! Cheers!! xoxoxo
You Should Celebrate Friendship
It may have been a good year or a bad year, but no matter what, your friends helped get you through it.
And you can't imagine celebrating New Year's Eve without your closest friends around.
You are always happy to catch up with old friends on this night, and you're hoping to make some new ones too. So this year, raise a toast to old and new friends. They make every day of the year a little brighter.
Happy New Year Sherry...!!!!
The First rule of blogthings?
Thats a GREAT Rule!
Are you staying up till The Ball drops?
Drinking Champagne?
Loud Noise Makers?
And a Happy New Year to YOU, dahling Sista-Princess Dragonfly. May the Starbucks flow freely for you all year long.xoxo
Happy New Year to YOU, Mr. G. I shall endeavor to try to stay awake 'til the stroke of midnight. I'm old now, you know. My sister is in, but I didn't buy champagne, and I fully anticipate the Hillbilly Neighbors taking care of the noise-making.:)
あけましておめでとう, SJ! may the next 365.25 days be filled with fun and good times!
I refuse to think of you as old. I prefer "mature", instead. So I'll celebrate that. Now I need to think of reasons why I am celebrating maturity, because frankly, maturity tends to hinder most of my plans for a romantic evening.
It's so good to "hear your voice," NYD. I miss you. Happy New Year!
I disagree, Pugsley. A slight case of maturity can only enhance a romantic evening. I mean, who wants to sneak a few sips of champagne when you have a curfew?;)
Happy New Year Miss Serena!!
I am hoping this one is a lot nicer to you too.
Mean old 2010! Phooey on him.
love ya,
