Jiminy Christmas, it was hot as blazes over the weekend. It's summertime, though, and to be expected, I guess.
I have a job interview this morning and I feel like I have good reason to be optimistic about it. God help me, though, and smack me upside the head with a rolled up brief -- it's another paralegal position. This is for normal, very respectable people, though, who treat human beings like human beings -- and they pay very well. They want somebody full-time and I've already stated that I'm only interested in part-time, but they want to talk to me anyway. I'll let you know how it goes.

Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. I watched "The Young Victoria" this weekend, however NOT ONCE did they make reference to Prince Albert being in the can. So it was what you might call, "a mixed bag".
The historical inaccuracy is just appalling, Pugsley.:-)
