The Twisted Chapel

I hope you're all still with us. With the full moon last night, one never knows. I made it through; hope you did, too.

The Reverend Bob has a little something to say this morning. I don't know quite what it is. Something.

Happy Sunday!

Reverand Bob is so outspoken, he really is a hoot!
He dresses like a car salesman, reeling in the loot!
His speaches are dynamic, he's like a modern Bard..
But I can't hear a thing he's preaching...
Cause I have NO sound card!!

I'm sorry Red,...Low-Tech you know!!
Have a great day today...

LOL, Galen. I couldn't see and hear all of the Rev's message today, either, because of computer problems. For all I know, he's flipping everybody off. Sometimes I wonder if low-tech -- pen, paper, and phone -- wasn't better.:-)

I'm still here, though I did wake up naked in the wolves den at the zoo this morning. It's probably just a coincidence.

BTW, how much MORE $$$ does he want from me? I already have the "JC in 3D" glasses (which REALLY make it seem like Rev. Bob is right here with me ... the plaid surrounds you!), but the "Sermon Decoder Manual" is totally incomprehensible.

The farce is strong with him, for sure. He's impressive for a man with no lower body.

A friend of mine once said that all religions suffer from one fatal flaw in his eyes. Sooner or later, they want money from you. At that point they make the switch from saviour to saprophyte.

Reverend Bob here is at least honest and up front - his only message is 'send me money'.

Does it work, I wonder? Maybe I should try...

Full moon was last night, Mona (and still dangerous), so yeah boy, 'tis the season for moody and mushy.:)

I hear 'ya, /t. Sundays without Bob just ain't right, not any more. Something tells me low-tech could really rock.:)

About the wolf pen, Puggy, it doesn't matter that you spent the night communing with your brethren. They're still ... wolves. Count your parts!

The reason you can't decode the Sermon Decoder Manual is because you haven't yet purchased the Special Sermon Decoder Manual Decoder. Bob knows there's still a wadded up dollar bill in your pocket. He wants it. Now.:)

I don't know whether Bob's system works, RC, but I'm of a mind to try it myself.:)

Hmmm. I didn't even realize I didn't make it by yesterday. I must be doing something different. What is it with Texans (e.g. GWB, the Rev.) and their "internets" (the rest of us seem to use the proper term "internet")? Goofy darned Texans.

Serena said...

LOL, Charles. I say we run Bob for president. He sure as hell can't do any worse than GWB.:-)

He's more honest, too. He's also not a Republican, and he's not out trying to destroy, take over the government, and probably feels bad when people die. At least the money he wants is voluntary, instead of GW's methods of extraction through the petroleum industry, when you send it to Bob, you know where its going. Dog food and strip joints. Oops, did I say that?

LOL, Charles. I don't mind feeding Bob's dogs, and I actually don't even mind funding employment for the wayward women Bob happens across.:-)

I think Rev. Bob is a genius. I love how he talks like a preacher, Southern style and all.

I agree with you, Corn Dog.:)

"I don't mind feeding Bob's dogs, and [...]wayward women[...]" I'd much rather send him money than GW.

Rev. BOB for Prez!

(not really, but a mummified iceman is preferable to the present occupant of that office (and probably more thoughtful.))
