Local (Bedford County) cops are approaching crime during the holidays with a sense of humor. They're handing out Christmas cards to the suspects they're rounding up. The cards are decorated with bright yellow bells, red ribbons, a candle, a wreath, and some holly. They read, "In the spirt of holiday giving, please allow this Law Enforcement officer to give you ...YOUR MIRANDA RIGHTS," and then goes on to list them.
