In? We'll See.

I'm thinking of taking up masochism. Actually, I think I've already taken the plunge. If I continually do things that I know are going to hurt me in one way or another, and do them anyway, I guess that means I'm in, huh? Oh, well. I'm still standing. Hoo-ahh.

So ... Happy Hump Day! I'm taking a 4-day weekend this week, so I'll see you when I see you.

You Are Emotional

You are dependable, popular, and observant. Deep and thoughtful, you are prone to moodiness. In fact, your emotions tend to influence everything you do. You are unique, creative, and expressive. You don't mind waving your freak flag every once and a while. And lucky for you, most people find your weird ways charming!

You Are Calculating
You are elegant, withdrawn, and brilliant.
Your mind is a weapon, able to solve any puzzle.
You are also great at poking holes in arguments and common beliefs.

For you, comfort and calm are very important.
You tend to thrive on your own and shrug off most affection.
You prefer to protect your emotions and stay strong.

I sound freaking goth. LOL

Any word from Mike? I've seen Bayou Jesus on Amazon and a friend said she's seen it at the store. Speaking of Mike-remember how he compared my writing to Clive Barker? I recently got compared to Faulkner. Who knew? LOL

You flunked, Skunk? Thing must be rigged.:-)

I don't think it sounds so Goth, Roxan. Better Calculating than Emo, though. I haven't heard hide nor hair from Mike. If the book's back in the stores, though, he must have gotten a new publisher after the old one went under. I hope so! Barker and Faulkner comparisons, missy? Cool beans!:)

Enjoy the long weekend - now that masochism that is easy to endure.

Hey, there, Mr. McKay. Nope, long weekends don't hurt a bit. Hope you have a great -- and painless -- one!:)

Once I saw yours, I knew mine would be emotional, too, although I no longer ride that wild, wicked roller coaster of hormones (the ONE good thing about menopause). LOL!

It's Survivor Night. YEA!!! Happy Hump Day, SJ.

Shoot, I don't do the hormone roller-coaster, either, Marin. I'm just plain fuckin' nuts all the time any more. Happy Hump Day and Happy Survivor Night. Hell, they ought to put us on there; WE are bona fide survivors.:-)

Damn, I typoed your name, Marion. Sorry about that!:)
