I swear, my neck of the woods has been like living in a deep freeze lately. We had another 2 inches of snow the morning of New Years Eve, on top of the nearly 18 inches we already had. And none of it is going anywhere any time soon because it hasn't been out of the 20s in days. And that's warm compared to what it was before that. Factor in the horrific winds that have been blowing for 4 days now and you've got Frozen Hell. It's awful! I can't even bear to contemplate what my heating bill is going to be this month.
Boss Lady never made an appearance yesterday, so at least I was spared the sight of that bloated old toad.

15?! Damn, Princess Dragonfly, I was going to ask if I could move in with you 'til Spring. That's just astonishing that it's as cold in LA as it is in VA. We gotta go farther south, girlie. Maybe we should become Somali pirates.:)
