Stray Thoughts

I just adore a man who can spell vacuum. If he can spell it, he's more likely to use it -- on the floors -- don't you think? And if he can spell it, he's much less likely to live life in a vacuum, which I consider a huge plus in the grand scheme of things.

Things could get dicey at work today. A new lawyer is starting soon -- not sure if it's actually today. He's the same guy I used to work for, the one who sent me to work for Boss Lady. I've already told him I won't be doing any work for him, and I meant it.

We had snow here Saturday. It was pretty while it lasted, which wasn't long after it finally stopped falling. I'd like to see a little more for Christmas. I wouldn't bet money on it, though. I can't even remember the last time we had a White Christmas.

Have a lovely Monday!

Happy Monday, SJ! We had snow, too, but it melted by noon. It was very pretty, but made me remember how much I HATE cold weather and live in the deep south! I hope you have a great week. Blessings...

Snow in LOUISIANA, Marion? That's something you don't see every day. Yikes. It was ungodly cold this morning -- 25 when I walked the dog. I'm thinking maybe Aruba is the place for me. Have a Happy Monday and a great week!:)

And a very Happy Monday to YOU, Mr. /t.;)

PS - I can spell it, but its been some time since I've seen my vacuum. Course, over here, we call 'em hoovers ;)

I can spell vacuum, but don't do it that often; my pet rock, Seymour, thinks that having a crunchy carpet is a good security measure against morphing leftovers in the 'fridge, that tries to sneak out and attack.

Maybe...

Oddly enough, Skunk, I have to admit that Seymour just might be on to something.:)
