Miss Begotten is one of my pet names for myself, for Southern Gothic reasons best kept to myself. Miss Begotten tries to speak plainly, but sometimes she tends to babble -- parenthetically, of course. It's never my intention to offend (and usually that's true - except on those [maybe not so] rare occasions when I mean it very friggin' much) but it sometimes happens, so if you're unusually easily offended...

A Flute Full of Bubbles
I trust you all had a nice weekend, my dears? Good! I'm back in the place that shall not be named where I do not want to be today, but with a little talking to self, exercise of mind over matter, and deeeeep breathing, one can -- and shall -- persevere. Nothing, after all, lasts forever.
Sending you all cheap (only, I assure you, because I can't afford the good stuff) champagne kisses and wishes for a truly excellent Monday. Savor the bubbly. Happy, Happy!
Enjoy the song as you set about your day.

Nice voice....have a GREAT week Serena...Galen
Thank you, Galen. You, too.
I do hope the weekend was revitalizing. When thigs get wacky just don't let the bastards get you down.
Think of the song, of the music.
Cheers!
My "weekend" is near upon...I hope your week goes well, especially as you hum or recite some of the crotch cricket recitals that have graced these comments ;)
Oh, it was, NYD. Weekends are always revitalizing. Now, if only one didn't have to go back to the skanks and bastards AFTER the weekend...:-)
I'd like to hold a cricket roast and tap dance on SG's head, Skunk. Maybe she'd understand THAT.:-) Enjoy your upcoming weekend.
LOL@ skanks. Haven't heard thaat word in ages and it never fails to crack me up.
LOL, NYD. I'd be happy to share my pet skank with you.:)
