It's Monday, Day One of Hell Week. Out of a 3-person staff, two are on vacation this week. That means I'll be doing the work of three people all week -- in what is rapidly proving to be a miasma of rampant paranoia -- and expected to not miss a beat. Color me ... not all that happy. And, of course, it's ... raining.

I was looking for the proper use of miasma in a sentence. And here we are.
I like wet kisses, except for those from Grandma. Not sure if I like rainy kisses under any circumstances, though.
Yeah, yeah, Galen. I'm about as chilled as I'm gonna be. I'm feeling pretty serene now, though. All time not spent at work is serene these days.:)
I had a great-aunt who gave wet kisses, Pugsley. That was pretty icky.:)
My take on work is, if I'm having too much fun, they'll charge ME to be there (logic: when you go to have fun, don't you usually have to pay to get in or play? Uh huh). So I never admit to having fun ;)

I'm going to go stretch my back, refill my enthusiasm reservoir, adjust my enthusiasm regulator to make sure it doesn't run out before 5pm, and prepare to do battle wunst agin...in my next life, I come back rich and heartless ;)
I guess I'll just have to make my own fun, Skunk. Yep, I'm going to turn it into a game from here on out. Not too much challenge in a battle of wits, but what the hell.:-)
