I'll Think About That Tomorrow

Hoochie-mama! Blogger actually posted a pic for me! How refreshing to not have to format and tag it myself. But I digress.

My horoscope today says, "Someone may try to pull a fast one on you." Okay, who is it? Who's going to do it this time? Fess up. Don't make me have to hunt you down.

Newspaper horoscopes are, of course, almost always ambiguous enough to leave a little wiggle room. That means somebody "might" come after me with a pitchfork. Then again, they might not. If they do, who cares? My pitchfork is bigger.

I'm just a tad testy today, as some of my friends will attest. It's because this is the last day of my little "vacation." The huzzzzz-bun comes home tomorrow. Am I alone in thinking that sometimes you can feel more alone married than you ever were single?

I don't want to talk about that, though. I want to talk about ... Word Crime. I'm cutting my "catch of the day" to just a few of the most blatant Words Gone Wild offenders. Too much of anything gets very, very boring -- very, very fast.

Manuscrip -- How heated do you suppose the bidding war will get over this magnum opus?

The first 20 days oy October -- Oy vey.

liabelous -- Something you write that's liable to get your ass sued.

fictitional -- Delusions of fiction, or fictitious delusions.
